Paris opening for Radisson Hotel Group
With all eyes focused on Paris and the Olympics, new and accelerated developments are sure to follow.
Pretty much every city that has hosted the Olympic Games has experienced a sharp rise in property development, with significant growth within the tourism and hospitality sectors.
With these opportunities in mind Radisson Hotel Group, in collaboration with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and AXA IM Alts, is proud to announce the addition of a Radisson Blu hotel in the Triangle project, set to become Paris’ new mixed-use destination.
This brings the Group’s portfolio in France to 23 hotels in operation and under development, and six in Paris.
Spread over six floors, the 128-room Radisson Blu hotel will be part of the highly anticipated, innovative, mixed-use development, Triangle project, scheduled to open in 2026.
Designed by world-renowned and multi-award-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, it is set to become a landmark building and aid in accelerating Paris’ environmental transition through its low-energy consumption, reversibility and promotion of low-carbon mobility.
In addition to the hotel, Triangle will be a social hub comprising offices, retail, a cultural centre, a nursery, a health centre, co-working spaces, panoramic elevators and restaurant, and an observatory overlooking the city.
The hotel will have an important and accessible location in one of the most sought-after districts in Paris, at the very heart of the first European congress centre and largest city centre park in the world, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, which attracts more than 7.5 million visitors annually.
The hotel’s location is highly accessible, with excellent connectivity to the public transport network.
At the crossroads of Europe, the hotel is only 20 minutes from Orly Airport, 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport, 30 minutes from the Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower, and less than three hours from every European capital.
Decorated by renowned design duo Dion & Arles, the spaces will exude a warm and unique atmosphere of multiple contrasts and inspirations.
The rooms will be available in a variety of categories, including standard and superior rooms, as well as junior suites with charming balconies and all offering stunning panoramic views of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, the Seine river and the most famous monuments of the historic city centre.
