Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Zeus International Expand Strategic Partnership in Europe
Collaboration will see the expansion of the Trademark Collection by Wyndham and Registry Collection Hotels brands in Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Romania and more Balkan countries.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company, with approximately 9,100 hotels spanning more than 95 countries, and Zeus International Hotels & Resorts – a leading hospitality player in Greece and Europe, announce the expansion of their strategic collaboration with a new non-exclusive agreement to develop multi-hospitality asset developments in the next coming years under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham and Registry Collection Hotels brands.
The agreement will focus on various destinations in Southeast Europe such as Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia Herzegovina, Kosovo and North Macedonia.
Flagship hotels
Wyndham and Zeus International entered a strategic collaboration in 2017, which saw the opening of several flagship hotels in Greece and Italy such as Wyndham Grand Athens, Wyndham Athens Residence, Dolce by Wyndham and Ramada by Wyndham Attica Riviera, Wyndham Grand Crete Mirabello Bay and more recently Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa.
Expansion
The expanded collaboration will focus on growing the Trademark Collection by Wyndham upper-midscale portfolio, building on the brand’s growth momentum in Europe, while also positioning the Registry Collection Hotels’ brand in the region, with handpicked properties that will deliver a luxury experience in more spectacular destinations.

Recent Openings
As part of the agreement, Wyndham and Zeus recently opened three boutique hotels under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham brand in Greece and Romania.
Lazart Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham (see image above) : Marking the first Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Greece, the 74-room hotel is located in Thessaloniki and boasts an outdoor swimming pool, a unique lounge bar, impressive spa facilities and state-of-the-art meeting spaces with a maximum capacity of 1,000 people.
The hotel’s location allows for direct access to the city centre and is just 20km from Thessaloniki Airport.
Central Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham is located in the heart of Bucharest’s city, just a few minutes away from the Old Town, the Cismigiu Garden and the Palace of Parliament.
The first Trademark hotel in Romania offers 62 recently renewed guest rooms and facilities and a convenient 24/7 shuttle service to Henri Coandă International Airport.
Athens Key Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham, is in downtown Athens providing access to the city’s most popular sight-seeing locations.
The 76-room property features top amenities such as a rooftop restaurant and bar with stunning views of Acropolis, a fitness centre, as well as a lobby bar and a well-equipped meeting room.
