Michelle Trusselle, Executive Chef
Award-winning conference and events venue, 30 Euston Square, announces the appointment of new Executive Chef Michelle Trusselle.
Boasting a rich and diverse culinary background and a semi-finalist in 2018’s ‘MasterChef: The Professionals’, Michelle joins the team at the award winning, Grade II-listed venue.
Her culinary journey began at the acclaimed Westminster Culinary Arts College at just aged 16, with an impressive CV spanning fifteen years within the industry, Trusselle has trained and worked in some of the most celebrated kitchens in the UK including The Savoy, Claridge’s and Michelin-starred restaurant La Trompette under Bruce Poole.
Michelle honed her Head Chef skills in the Hospitality and Fine Dining department inside a global management consulting firm and has also catered for an impressive roster of royalty, politicians, industry leaders, and culture and fashion icons including film directors.
