Restaurant operations at The Grove, Hertfordshire award-winning country hotel are now headed up by newly appointed Executive Chef, Maarten Geschwindt.
Geschwindt oversees all five dining experiences at The Grove: The Glasshouse, The Stables, The Lounges and two pop up restaurants in partnership with Madhu’s and Jimmy Garcia. Whilst the hotel’s signature restaurant, The Glasshouse returns to its roots as an ‘international theatre of dining’, The Stables will be showcasing a completely new ethos, representing The Grove’s first step in its regenerative journey, working with small scale farms to source truly sustainable produce.
Outside, in the verdant surroundings of the Walled Garden, Jimmy Garcia returns to The Grove, this time bringing a taste of his Southbank BBQ club to the Hertfordshire countryside.
Guests will have a choice of two experiences, including the immersive Jimmy’s Garden Table, where dishes will be served alfresco amongst the vibrant flora of Jemima’s Kitchen Garden.
