Julian Catzeflis, Director of Food & Drink, Venues and Partnerships
Mayfair’s iconic London Hilton on Park Lane continues its evolution into Central London’s leading food and drink destination with the announcement of its new Director of Food & Drink, Venues and Partnerships, Julian Catzeflis, who joins the hotel from Harrods.
Julian will be leading the growth of the food & drink venues in the hotel and joins London Hilton on Park Lane from Harrods, where he held the position of senior restaurants operations manager. He brings with him almost twenty years of experience managing some of London’s most iconic venues including Nobu, Roka, Zuma and Park Chinois.
On his appointment, Julian said “I am thrilled to join such a legendary hotel at one of the most exciting points in its history.
“London Hilton on Park Lane is about to become the city’s most exciting food destination, and I am very much looking forward to working with the team as this new era unfolds.”
The hotel has recently announced the opening of luxury steakhouse, Mr Porter, and Shanghai Me, Dubai’s Asian fine dining pioneer, soon to take its place on the 28th floor, the highest restaurant in Mayfair.
Other recent additions include Park Corner Brasserie and Revery Bar.
With menus chiefly inspired by the neighbouring Hyde Park and created by Head Chef Jean-Didier Gouges, Park Corner Brasserie’s quintessentially British experience offers all-day dining with a popular signature Sunday roast.
