Julia Wilkinson, Restaurant & Placemaking Consultant
P-Three, the UK’s leading strategic placemaking leasing agency, has appointed Julia Wilkinson as Restaurant & Placemaking Consultant.
Julia joins the team following a distinguished career at Shaftesbury and Shaftesbury Capital where she was a leading authority in the restaurant and hospitality sector and played a central role in shaping the capital’s culinary scene and influencing industry standards nationwide.
At Shaftesbury, she oversaw the stewardship and curation of world renowned areas such as Carnaby, Covent Garden, Chinatown and Soho and played a pivotal role in transforming areas such as Kingly Court, Chinatown, Seven Dials and Fitzrovia into London’s best culinary hubs.
Julia will lead a new consultancy service line for P-Three, specifically creating, refining and challenging vision and leasing strategies for London estates, mixed-use assets and prime locations.
