Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa has appointed Jade Dixon as its new General Manager.
With an impressive career in hospitality and a proven track record within The QHotels Collection, Jade is set to move forward with a new era for the Oxfordshire hotel.
Jade brings a wealth of experience and passion for team culture, guest experience, and operational transformation.
Jade first joined The QHotels Collection in 2015 at Nottingham Belfry Hotel & Spa, and since then she’s taken on a range of key leadership roles across the portfolio.
Most recently, she led Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa to significant commercial and cultural success during her two-year tenure as General Manager.
Following this success, The QHotels Collection approached Jade with the opportunity to bring her vision, energy, and leadership to Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa, where she began her new role earlier this spring.
Jade’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for the hotel, with her focus on modernising operations, strengthening community ties, and refining the guest experience.
She has already made an impact, bringing in a new Operations Manager and driving improvements that have led to early commercial uplift.
