Gareth Ireland has now joined DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House in Congresbury, North Somerset where he will take control of the day-to-day running of the hotel, house and Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill.

With over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, Gareth, who was previously general manager at the Aztec Hotel & Spa in North Bristol, is now looking forward to consolidating the venue’s position, with ambitions to make it one of the best in the UK.

Gareth said: “Cadbury House has a great reputation across the hospitality and hotel sector.
