Andrea Signanini, Director of Food & Beverage
Multi-award-winning and Forbes Five-star rated Pan Pacific London has appointed Andrea Signanini as its new Director of Food and Beverage.
In his role, Andrea will oversee F&B across all aspects of the luxury hotel and its six outlets, in-room dining and banqueting, ensuring the highest standards of service and an unsurpassed luxury experience for guests.
Andrea has over 12 years’ experience gleaned in luxury hospitality and joins Pan Pacific London from The Marylebone Hotel, a Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) brand and part of the Doyle Collection, where he held the position of Director of Food and Beverage for over a year.
As well as leading on operations, Andrea was responsible for driving change across F&B operations, most notably, in its lobby bar which now operates as a very successful Cocktail Bar.
Prior to that, Andrea worked as Hotel Operations Manager at The Baglioni Hotel and spent five years at Hotel Café Royal where he worked his way up through the ranks to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
