With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the heart of the city.
Adam will be responsible for all food operations across the hotel and its F&B outlets, including its signature Southeast Asian restaurant Straits Kitchen, and its stand-alone grab-and-go SHIOK!, along with in-room dining and banqueting offerings.
He joins Pan Pacific London from The Grand Hotel, Birmingham, where he held the position of Culinary Director, helming the relaunch of the hotel’s F&B concepts following its £50m restoration.
Before this, Adam worked as Group Operations & Development Chef UKL & Ireland for InterContinental Hotels, working on various brands including Kimpton.
Adam’s success in this role saw him shortlisted as a finalist for Chef of the Year at the 2022 Hotel Cateys.

Passionate about the hospitality industry, Adam is involved with various boards and programmes including Springboard Future Chef, Nestlé Toque d’Or, and the Acorn Scholarship, and as Chairman at the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education, a government advisory board for Level 3 Pastry Chef Trailblazers.
Adam comments: “I am thrilled to be returning to the capital and taking on a new challenge as Executive Chef at Pan Pacific London. I look forward to collaborating with all chef teams across all outlets to continue to elevate the already superb culinary experiences across the hotel’s F&B outlets.”
