Payment
Payment is required before delivery, in the form of debit or credit card, cleared cheque or Banker’s draft. GS Magazine is not subject to VAT.

Delivery
Copies of GS Magazine will be delivered to the buyer at the buyer’s place of business or as otherwise requested. The costs of postage and packaging are included in stated prices. Delivery is made via first class post, unless the buyer requests (in writing) despatch via another service or carrier in which case the buyer agrees to pay any and all costs incurred in delivery. Before despatch copies of GS Magazine are inspected to ensure they are in excellent condition. Single copies of GS Magazine are despatched in sealed envelopes, multiple copies are securely packaged and boxed in bubble bags. Stevenson Publications Limited cannot be held responsible for any damage (however minor) that may occur to goods ordered by the buyer during transit although we may, in certain circumstances and at our sole discretion, replace damaged copies.

Returns/Refunds
Stevenson Publications Limited does not offer a return and refund service. By ordering a copy (or copies) of GS Magazine, the buyer accepts this entirely and agrees not to attempt to claim a refund for any reason whatsoever.

Acceptance
Buyers shall be deemed to accept the above Conditions as a part of the Contract of Sale by placing an order with Stevenson Publications Limited. None of the above Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be waived or modified unless expressly agreed by Stevenson Publications Limited in writing.

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy notice governs the collection and use of information at Stevenson Publications Limited.

The information we collect
At Stevenson Publications Limited, we do not collect personally identifiable information unless our visitors voluntarily provide it to us.
Visitors who buy copies online will be required to provide their full name, billing and mailing addresses, email address, telephone number and a credit card number. If the order is being shipped to a third party, we will also need the recipient's name and mailing address. Before collecting information in connection with a purchase order, we will verify the validity of the purchaser's credit card.
When visitors come to our site, we automatically collect some non-personally identifiable information such as the type of computer operating system (e.g., Windows Vista, XP or Mac OS) and browser (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer) being used, and the domain name of the Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, BT).

How we use the information
We never sell or rent our visitors' personal information to third parties.
We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site. We may also aggregate this information to analyse site usage, as well as to offer products or services from time to time.
We will disclose information we hold if required to by law, for example, in response to a court order. We may also disclose such information in response to a specific law enforcement agency's request.

Collection of information by third-party sites and sponsors
Our site may contain links to other third-party sites in the form of advertisements or other promotions. Visitors should consult these other third-party sites' privacy notices, since these sites are not covered by our privacy policy and may follow different procedures.

We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online.
We are particularly sensitive to visitors' security concerns regarding the use of credit cards to purchase products over the Internet. We use encryption software in an attempt to keep the information submitted by you secure. However, we cannot guarantee that any messages transmitted over the Internet, including those that include credit card details, will not be corrupted or intercepted by a third party. Because of this, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Stevenson Publications Limited excludes all liability for the integrity of any messages sent to or received from this site.
